    Footsteps followed soon afterwards, as the watery droplets drizzled down from the silvery pipe, creating a puddle by their muddy shoes. 

     Engulfed by shivering shadows, the alleyway brimmed with blackness- not just due to the darkness thick in the night, but also because of the souls of the five that had been corrupted years ago. 

    The last of them halted, stopping the tapping of her heels at once, as she pierced the raven atrocities with an ivory smile, similar to glistening ice on a still raven night. 

     Smiling subtly in the pale moonlight, she gestured to the four others, humming a tune so familiar softly. 

     Kirstin Maldonado. Avriel Kaplan. Scott Hoying. Mitchell Grassi. Kevin Olusola. 

     Once Pentatonix, back in the past, now their futures etched as figures of pure evil. 

     Yet, even as they had changed, they were all truly just latched together. Latched as they had been, previously. 

     And now, they're still latching onto each other. Latching on as their broken lives attempt to pry them apart.
