Based upon inspiration taken from the lyrics of Someone Who Cares by Three Days Grace. This story will follow select characters from the Kingdom Hearts series on their journey to find, as the title states, someone who cares when they feel that no one will be there for them in their times of loneliness or need.
This is not a reader-insert and it can hardly be called a crossover, but there will be appearances from the characters of the Final Fantasy series.
