Siren Washington is a town that is very popular in the big city of Dogenstein, Dominique himself (creator of the first ever Dream System as a video game) having been born there during great war. So while infection rages on outside the great walls of the real Dogenstein, everyone has a grand old time in their Dream World. But what happens when a wild card is added to the picture, a rouge in the system who can't be caught that hangs with all of the 'glitches' in the dream world that Dominique can't help but fall for?
