Isabella Wayne hates her life after her father remarried. With her dad never being around anymore, she's stuck with her stepmother and stepsisters, Georgia and Brooklyn. Her stepmother made her drop out of high school to become a full time maid at the house and put her in online school.
Not only does Isabella hate this life, she can't do nothing about it without getting abused. She always wanted to attend high school prom during her senior year and now that it's her senior year, she can't attend it. Her stepmother made it clear if she sneaked out to attend, she would have to face the ultimate punishment.
With the help of a fairy godmother, Isabella might just be able to attend prom while avoiding the ultimate punishment.

The story centers around two teenage girls, one named Lorelei and the other named Cora. They are two girls from two different worlds: Cora, who is rich and lives with her mom, and Lorelei, who is poor and lives with her father. Both lose a parent in diverse ways and then go through hell via the parent who stayed to look after them. As Casey fakes her death, and Derek leaves Ella, these situations make Jaylen and Ella abuse their daughters. It was even worse when he met Ella and Cora and began to abuse Cora even more so after the wedding. Despite their shared ordeal, Lorelei and Cora found solace in each other as they confronted the abuses perpetrated by their biological and stepfamily members. The question lingers: Can they escape their dire circumstances and pursue their dreams? Or will they be trapped, unable to break free from the cycle of violence? But the most important question is: How do you get yourself out of love when you are already too deep into it? She fell, she got up, she saw him, she fell again. She gets bullied by a popular group at school, with the group containing 5 boys: Nathan Sykes, Jay McGuiness, Siva Kaneswaran, Max George, and Tom Parker. Everyone basically just falls at their feet. Girls drool over them, and boys want to be them. Ever since they started at Allenwood Academy, and she met them, they've hate her, and she hates them too. Allenwood Academy announces that they will be having their 50th annul Masquerade Ball. Selena hasn't gone ever since she started at Allenwood Academy, but her 2 best friends convince her to go this year. Selena gives in, and goes. What she doesn't know, is that she dances with one of her enemeys: 15 year old Nathan Sykes. She leaves after she dances with him, because she wasn't aloud to go, under her step-mothers orders. When she goes to leave, her mask falls off when she turns around. Nathan picks it up, and runs after her, but it's too late, because she's gone. The next day, Nathan tries to find the girl he danced with the previous night, by asking all the girls at Allenwood if it was their mask. Little did he know, that his last choice was Selena.
