In the world Blu lives in she is seen as a dangerous outcast, who doesn't belong. Once known as the United States, is now a world destroyed by money, war, and technology. She was an accident, and she wasn't supposed to happen. She wasn't supposed to become, what she had. With one wrong experiment, her life has changed the course of history.

Taken away from her mother, and the people she's grown to love, she's taken under the supervision of Marco Hines, who's only job is to keep her hidden and to protect her. From what? No one really knows. She grows up isolated, in the middle of a forest, with no communications to the outside world. And with no knowledge of the gifts she holds.

But when Blu comes into contact with a strange woman, searching for someone she describes as incredible and remarkable, she is confused. And as she learns more about herself, and her past, her life begins to change. And reality begins to take it's toll. The world needs her, but how could she face a world that she's been hiding from her whole life.

All Blu has ever wanted was to live a normal life.
