When Yuki places herself in the place a young woman of seven and ten should never be, she learns a hard fact very quickly. Outside of her safe haven of dilapidated homes and run down streets is a place where cruel King Rin rules with not sympathy. Not even for her own soul when she finds herself nearing death. Or is there sympathy in this cruel man's heart?

Rin felt his hatred for the slums outside of the castle steadily rising. He knew that it was triggered by the thief that tried to take from his own castle. A thief from one of those slums that he could not care about, and their cloaked form was even more angering. But he was not expecting to find a young woman with eyes filled with weakness, shackled and chained and held by his two friends before him.
