The Earth became overpopulated, and the thought to kill all criminals was the first to become a solution. You would think, with such little crime, there would be no need for large police organizations. Only enough to watch over the public and catch any minor robberies. Well, this is New York. And crime is huge here; thanks to a group of thieves. It started as just one, but many soon followed. There's more officers here then there ever has been before in the world. Not one of the thieves have been caught. Nor does anyone have any idea on who they are. These are their stories.
