Red Mist

At the mere age of eight, Lyda Harp had a deadly power locked inside of her when the wizard counsel was desperate for a new host when the previous one had a premature death. After eight years of solitude, the leaders have decided to sent her to a private high school for monsters, Deep Cavern Academy, aka Monster Academy. There she is watched by the new trainee nurse, who is also the super smart Steven Willcuts, also the only person she has known all her life. While Lyda learns (slowly) how to interact with other teenagers, she starts to feel a disturbance deep inside.
