Too Many Maybe's
I used to think there'd be no living without you. Then, you walked away. Like it was the easiest thing in the world. We finally stopped making sense to you. So, you left. Why wouldn't you. It didn't matter that it still made sense to me. That I still held on to all those what ifs and unanswered questions of us. Still hoped for things to work out somehow. Still needed things to work out. Needed it like food and water. This story might not make much sense to you, reader. It was written for him. And in many ways for myself. Poem Diary : Sonnets of a quiet heart but a loud mind
A bunch of poems I found in my notes app and Google docs. I make poems and collect them cause it's all the words I wanted to say but never said so I write with pen and paper. Some of them rhyme or they just keep on going. Lots of Spiraling & unwritten run off sentences. Hope you enjoy!!

Ahana and Manvika met in New York and became soul sisters. Ahana, an orphan, never experienced a parent's love, while Manvika had a family that never cared for her. Despite their painful pasts, they became each other's strength. But a horrific accident changed their lives forever. The tragedy left Ahana needing facial reconstruction surgery-giving her an identical face to Manvika. Now, Ahana lives as Manvika, hiding her true identity. Meanwhile, the real Manvika was left paralyzed, losing half of herself, including her voice, as her vocal cords were damaged beyond repair. Ahana concealed the truth, while Manvika, drowning in self-hatred, wished for death. But can love find its way back to them? Will they ever get the justice they deserve?

He just stood there. Looking at me. The way I had reacted had put him in a state of shock. "I... I um," Every word I had learned from pre-school to now had just flew out of my mind and left me speechless. "I should go." I could tell he could barely hear the hurtful words I had just chocked out of my mouth, but I didn't care. Not anymore. I walked away. Fighting back tears. I drove all the way to my house and when I got there I fell against the cold wall. What had just happened? All I knew is that I wasn't able to think straight. My mind was clouded with memories of him. I shook my head trying to forget everything that was involved with him. But I wasn't able to forget. These thoughts were a part of me now.
