[COMPLETED] When young Vaysia dies, her mother Emily is torn apart. Vaysia was her pride and joy, and she suddenly doesn't have her anymore. Still in denial about Vaysia's death and not ready to let her go, Emily frequently visits the meadow where Vaysia died. There, Vaysia's ghost resides, unable to move on from our realm until Emily lets her go. As a beautiful place becomes Vaysia's torturous prison, Vaysia pleads everyday for Emily to finally let her go. But letting go is one is the hardest things to do, as Emily will soon learn.

Shock. Once the shock wore off, I was confused. Then angry. You made me so angry because I felt betrayed by your choice. Your choice to leave me, leave me all alone in this dark world. I felt so angry and betrayed by your choice to desert me when you were all I had. Then I accepted the fact that you were no longer here because that's just how it was and how it had to be. I had to learn to accept the fact that life was now me without you and that was a damn hard pill to swallow.
