Lex has escaped from prison just around the same time Kara Danvers has gone missing. Kara and Lena have been friends for a few months. Lena and Kara wanted to pursue a relationship, but after Lena found out about Kara being Supergirl she was too scared. She told Kara they should just be friends. Until now. (Kara and Lena's relationship as it begins and progresses. Also, Kara needs some work on controlling her powers with Lena.)

After Kara reveal her identity as Supergirl (on season 6), the reporter tries to get used her new life without secrets and her insecure to face the consequences of her choice. As the National City aware of Kara's powers and succefull missions, the world build more barriers between Kara and Lena for reasons they thought were over. But the question is: Can a Luthor and a Super really be together? What are these feelings burning when they look each other?

Kara is in her third year of college, she lives in a small house with James and Winn. At the beginning of her third year Kara meets this new girl that has transferred to the university that people are constantly talking about, Lena Luthor. The problem is when Kara and Lena meet they both get off to a rough start, and over time it gets worse, to the point where they simply hate each other. But one night after a mistaken drunken text Kara and Lena begin having casual sex. You know what they say, love is very close to hate. AKA College AU where Kara meets Lena and they hate each other, but end up casually sleeping together.
