Death Grip

After society was nearly destroyed by an asteroid, a strange disease nearly wiped humanity out. The end of the illness resulted in the afflicted becoming grotesque monsters. Scientists around the world worked together to create a vaccine. The illness was destroyed, but the transformations still occur. Moving beyond humanity, all animals are at risk of transformation. To combat these monsters, Governments issue licenses to Hunters, often insane, or plain ruthless individuals. Each Hunter is assigned a Handler. Agent Sorrel Blackwood has just graduated from the academy and is being assigned his first Hunter. A woman named Mariah Cage, a Huntress most handlers would rather quit than work with.
