"The smoke settled. The dirt and dust in the air stinged at her nostrils. She held her breath and clutched a fistful of her shirt on her chest in anticipation. Her heartbeat booming in her ears. Finally, a cloud of smoke was waved away by a grey claw. Thundering steps were heard on the other side of the mass. They made her knees buckle and in fear she stumbled backward. Before she knew it, a black and purple figure stood above her with one smoldering crimson eye. And what was pointed right at her, was a giant gun that started to whirr and the end of the barrel flared a bright purple."
