Adam does actually have it all; it's not a cliché.  His life is perfect exactly as it is right now.  He's a top data analysis office, a hacker in his less ethical moments, lives large, makes mad money, parties with his hacker friends, and drinks and dopes after hours.

The one thing he wonders is: would his life be slightly more complete with a lady friend?

Adam meets the winsome Evelyn while grabbing a coffee.  She shares with Adam, she's a twin.  On impulse, and not because of any altruistic motives, Adam lies.  He tells Evelyn he has a twin brother, Ryan.
