Life behind The Walls

The Department of Power-wielder Prevention (DPP) is an alliance formed by the government to hunt down and capture all known and suspected power-wielders.

Suspects proven to have supernatural abilities are to be sent to the confinements of The Walls located at [CONFIDENTIAL] and are to remain there under constant watch until further notice.

Power-wielders who are convicted of murder are to be prosecuted before being sent to The Walls for long-term experimentation by scientists under authority of the heads of the DPP as well as the Human Rights Association.

Should these power-wielders die from the experiments carried out on them by the scientists, their bodies must be cremated and ashes disposed of through act code 509 to ensure disclosure of their death and initials are prevented.

Power-wielders placed in The Walls are to be kept under close watch and are the responsibility of the current registered Warden (refer to file code 038).

Whatever the hell the warden decides for us power-wielders is deemed unfair and torture. We aren't given any rights no matter how human we look and no matter if we are innocent or not.
