I'm sure people out there have said this, though I think it's completely ludicrous because you can't choose who you're (in my opinion) destined to be with and that's, never fall in love with a dying person because It'll only bring an inevitable pain your way. When I think about it it makes me laugh because if they have that to say about someone who's dying, I wonder what they'd say about a girl who's already dead.
Thomas wasn't the best at expressing how he felt which in turn caused him to use other things as an outlet. Most of them being bad for him, until he met a girl named Leilani, but over time the secrets that clung to her would turn out to be something that would change him forever.
