Charissa "Rissa" Nova Clementine is a literature college student in a community college in the city if Hawthorn in the lovely kingdom of Cedhia.  Today, everything is modernized to make living easier but the monarchy also adapted to change. 

Rissa didn't know it was such an important matter to her until she asked who was her mother's boyfriend that she secretly dates. She doesn't know the man, his home, nor his name. She just knows that her mother receives all the love she deserves from this man.

The only thing she left out was that her mother was marrying the King Pyrus of Cedhia.
