Three teens, Edgar Kirkland the mute, Ezra LockHart the rebel, and Grace Jazel the man eater know what heartbreak feels like. That's why their known as 'The Heartbreak Trio' in their town. The three of them are close but Ezra is closer to the other two than they are to each other. One is popular, one is alone as the other....is with the alone one.
But when one unfortunate day when Grace decides to drag Edgar and Ezra to a party it ends up with two drunks and one pissed off teen as they stumble upon a cave giving off a luminous glow. Then when one of them picks up one of the crystals inside of the cave it ends in an explosion of light and burns and torn up clothes also not to mention some terrible hangovers.
As each receives a powers possibly matching with their differences of personality they all learn what true insanity, love, hatred, and...heartbreak is. This is an adventure of romance, hatred, death, and deadly executions....
