All through her life, Iris has had sudden, rough, flashes of pain erupt all over her body. Abandoned, all alone at Pine Creek Orphanage, with only a crumpled note with her name on it, she has no idea who she is. But when her best friends at the orphanage reveal a shocking secret about her parents, she suddenly sees scars all over her body. 

She sees what those pains were. They were monsters attacking her that she never saw: That her friends protected her from. Her friends explain that she couldnt see through the mist until now. 

Thrown into a world of monsters, magic, and betrayal, Iris departs from the Orphanage to enter Camp Half-Blood, learning more and more about her and her heritage as the days go on. As it turns out, her mother was Cassandra, a priestess of Apollo who was cursed... 
 by Apollo.

And now campers are going missing. One by one. And a quest is in order...

Part Two Frank, Hazel, and Reyna are at CHB to create an exchange program between the camps. But something is going on with the Fifth Cohort Percy, Annabeth, and Leo are going to school together. But Leo senses that something is wrong and is determined to figured out what it is Jason and Piper aren't really in this one This part contains panic attacks, but not flashbacks.
