The girl looked up at the night sky, the stars sparkling. Despite being balls of gas that had exploded a million years ago they were beautiful. She sighed her chapped lips parting slightly. The moon shown like a beacon, casting an eerie silver glow on her freckled face. Her short platinum hair blew in the wind. She pulled up the hood on her sweatshirt and covered her baby blue eyes before closing them and drifting off to a deep sleep.
