When Castelolia begins to collapse to the Sun flu, it's up to Augustine to save his people and bring an end to the virus and its snake-tongued harbinger: Ophidialyn.

But nothing goes as planned, and now everything seems to be totally lost.

Until a mysterious change of heart and mind takes place, giving everyone another chance and illuminating even the darkest of futures.

I recommend reading the first two parts before this! After only two weeks into the anthro takeover, things have gone right and wrong on both sides. Emma, Cody, Eric, and many more human and engine survivors have fought to escape to a safe haven within the Biltmore estate and village in North Carolina. Do not read this summary or book if you have not read Book One) I listen closely through the static on the radio, trying to hear the emergency broadcasting message. An electronic voice repeated over and over, "This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department. It is advised to stay indoors and to remain inside if at all possible. Have enough food for one to two weeks. Do not come in contact with anyone outside of your household. This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department." I scoff to myself. I know this will not be over in a mere two weeks. - - - - - Terminar; The Latin word for Terminate. Definition: To bring to an end. Brittany Slater was free. She had finally escaped the island that she now calls Hell. But there were so many loose ends. Why had her father destroyed all of his research? His factory? His life's work? Before reading the little description let me explain how the chapters are divided. there are 3 main types. Normal Chapter:Pretty self explained there these follow the main story Extra Chapters:Anything under this name are meant to be silly chapters and are not canon to the main storyline. these ones are meant solely for fun and being random just my messing around. Hidden Chapters:These are chapters that are canon to the main storyline they often explore a character's past or explain major events that happened in the past etc. Might just turn past events into their own separate whole book possibly. I hope any who read these stories get even a tiny bit of joy from them I am aware I am not perfect and not the best writer around and my stories are probably not much to run home about but I do get joy from writing them so I hope readers can get as much fun. This little storybook follows the stories of many different individuals. The story takes place in the land of Lagios which is filled with many different people and creatures. The protagonist of the story constantly changes and events are seen from different points of view as each character tries to solve a different problem on a different part of the continent. While each chapter is separate and most of the characters are doing their own thing pieces of the story do connect together and ultimately the thing that draws the cast together is unknowingly they are all fighting against the same major threat! Which has been unleashed on the continent by Aries.

It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on.
