  Synopsis:

Vanessa Bennet was in the car when her mom lost her life in a tragic 'accident', with her mom's words 'I'm sorry' burned in her memory. Years later, her boyfriend was murdered. She witnessed all of these deaths, right in front of her. But the worst part is, she survived. Her father blamed her for her mother's death. Their ghosts haunted her dreams.

She knew all too well that allowing herself any form of attachments to somebody else would only end up with her, picking up shattered pieces of her heart with bloody fingers. And twice is enough, Vanessa didn't want any more part with that.

But then her father sent her to Willacy, Texas to finish the remaining six months of her senior year. She hated her predicament though she couldn't do anything but to agree; for Art School would not be just a dream if she completed this deal her father gave her. And that's where she met Jackson Matthews, the son of the cattle ranch owner where she would spend the rest of her senior year.

He's cocky. He thinks he's funny. He is full of himself. But Vanessa couldn't help but admit that Jackson Matthews showed her that there is more to life than loss. He promised he'd catch her if she falls.

Now she's just waiting for life to test that promise.

However there's more to her mother and boyfriend's death that is yet to be uncovered. Sometimes, secrets are too dark that they are better left alone. But those dark secrets can't stay hidden forever; it would always find its way to visit Vanessa and remind her what loss is, again.

''There is only one thing crossing my mind right now. If he hates me so much, then why the hell is he kissing me back?'' ----------------------- Emma White has always been kind of a loner. Her mother died giving birth to her and her father never really cared, always working in his successful company. That's why she decides to go to a college away from home, something she's been dreaming of since she can remember. However, what happens when at her very first day on campus, she crosses path with Noah Allen? He is rich, popular, cold, rude and a player just to start with. No surprise she calls him Mr. Grumpy. What is driving her insane though is that he's only too cold when it comes to her. After some not so pleasant moments and lots of glares, she tells herself that the best is to stay away from him, but it won't be that easy. After a disastrous kiss and hidden jealousy, she finds herself deeply involved into what is this frustrating boy. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do. It's what he promised his father and himself, even if it means he has to pretend to care for her. All he cares is his family business. At least it's what he tells himself, until the feelings start getting too mixed and he ends up thinking of her more than he should. Maybe it's not all about business after all. He knows their history started before she even knows, what he didn't expect was for her to be so different from what he has always believed.

"Did you ever think about perspective? It's a funny thing. People are essentially looking at the same, but everyone sees something different. And I can't help but feel like I see something that isn't suppose to be there. Something...completely out of the picture." People can go through many horrible things and live. Emma Gonzalez knows that better than most, though she would hardly admit to the hell she went through. After spending years separated from her siblings by a tragedy that can't be undone, she is back with her family, starting a new life. New house, new school, new people. She got a chance to start over and she intends to use it for the best. But can she really do that with the shadows of her past always behind her? Noah Knight thought his life couldn't get worse. His love life went to hell and his personal seem to want to follow right behind. He needed a break. But a new school year is here, which means new homework and exams. Yay! Though after discovering the arrival of new kids, he believes things might take a turn. He is proven correct when a blond beauty with unique eyes walks in with her brothers and trouble starts to show it's face to the world. After getting tangled in her crazy world full of art, talking food, soccer and horror toilet, he believes he should have sat this one out. Too late now. Hi guys! First of all, if a feel like ANY characteristics of this book are base off of one of your ideas, feel free to take some credit or something, but it's still MY story, not yours. This is my first book and I don't want get in trouble with anyone. Also, please don't judge me TOO harshly, I just wanted to have some fun and write a book. Don't blame me if you find it a little cliché. I also wrote all of it on my iPad. (Tasha, Chloe, and Alexis are al based off my friends in real life, but Emalisa IS NOT based of me (they got it in their heads that she is)) Emalisa Uldweyna Ra'naa Truesa has had a VERY rough past. What happened, you'll have to read the book. Jaxon Udolf Samuel Tonalay, on the other hand, has a great life. His mother's a chef at a restaurant, which his family owns, his sister goes to the college where his dad's the head dean, and him and his younger twin siblings have amazing grades in school. What'll happen when Emalisa un expectantly falls on Jaxon? He becomes undeniably interested with and in her. Emalisa feels a connection too, but is scared to react on it. The fact that their friends undeniably are head over heels for another doesn't help their situation and provides endless things to tease one another about. So please do read. If you think I should add something more to the description, feel free to tell me, but you have to read the book first! ALSO ALSO ALSO!!!!!!!!!! It could possibly be triggering later on, so I don't suggest reading it if life's been particularly shitty to you about some things. SERIOUSLY!!!!!
Michael's Ghost Girl by martykate1

This story is not getting the attention it deserves, so I am attempting to "re-brand" it. Maybe no one "gets" it. If you want to read about "Normal" teenagers, maybe this isn't for you, it's more complicated than that. It's about a teenager who doesn't fit it, but doesn't want to, who has the best two friends that anyone could have. Who watched his father lose his job in the Recession and then loses his home, and how he copes, especially when he learns that their new house is haunted and the ghost is in his room. Michael was an average kid, although he's always stood out. He was a school jock but also a skater whose long blond hair almost reaches his waist. When his parents lived in a house in a home owners association like all his other friends, life seemed normal. Then his father lost his job and suddenly those "friends" weren't there anymore--except for his two best friends, Short Round and Dewey. The three are skaters, good ones, who live for girls and their skateboards. They're also basically good kids who take pride in being different without paying attention to it. When Michael loses his home and his family has to move they have his back. And they are there for him when the ghost girl starts following him around. Mariah was murdered when she was just 15, her remains were never found, although no one but her and her ghost friend, Crazy Girl, know where their bodies are buried. The house Michael now lives in is the one where she lived with her family, and her old room is now his. She appears to him one night, trying to taunt him, but against her will she is falling in love with the boy who lives in her old room. Slowly the two begin to fall in love and Mariah tells him her story, and of the hidden danger that lies up the street from him. A dangerous strangers loves to kill little girls, and his sister Kit
