The Girls with the Flame Tattoos, de artsykid04

In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. And even if you are near your match, as long as one of you are not of age, your tattoo will not tingle. Also, they are normal tattoos (except you don't get it or choose it, it just appears) so you can get rid of it. But if you do, your sm won't die but they will get very sick. The main characters of this story, Violet West (18) and Harper Black (20), both have a flame tattoo on their cheek. They live in the same state but for 4 years Harper paniced because she couldn't find her match. She wasn't sure if it was because her sm wasn't of age yet or if her sm lived far away. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper. One day though, they feel their tattoos start to tingle. ____________________________________ *Will they be happy with who their soulmate turns out to be? *Will they recognize each other? *Will they be happy? *Will they break apart? -Read to find out. :) ____________________________________ This book is rated mature because there is a lot of talk of depression and self harm. So if you feel uncomfortable with reading about that.. this book is not for you.
The Fertility Mark (Book 1), de grizzie-grey

NOT EDITED VERSION. Delilah got a huge responsibility on her shoulders at the age of 17 when her parents died. The responsibility: her seven year old sister, Alice. They don't know exactly how their parents died. All they knew was that their car exploded, but their bodies were never found, even after the fire was put out. Delilah thought that her life was simple -well as simple as it gets with a seven year old in your life- but what she didn't know was that people were looking for her. For both her and her sister. The mark that they bore behind their neck symbolized something bigger than what they thought was a simple birth mark. It symbolized mate. But more importantly, it meant that they could bare a child with no fertility problems. On the vampire world, fertility is a big problem. It's been thousands of years since a female has birthed a child that has been capable of passing down the vampire gene without being bitten or cursed (the worst and most painful possible way ever) or both mother and infant dying. So finding a female with the mark is like finding your own personal treasure. When Delilah meets her hot new neighbor and finds out he's a werewolf -not just any werewolf but the most powerful Alpha King- will they be mates? Or will she be mates to one of the many vampires and help solve the thousand year old problem? Cover made by @bubblygummii Mark is supposed to be behind neck, so please don't judge the cover. I love it ❤️

*Story Contains Mature and Explicit Content* ** COMPLETED ** BOOK STARTED : JULY 2021 - SEPTEMBER 2021 Book One In Two Book Series. Part Two Coming Soon. "Do you want to play a game Harold? You hide and pray to god that I don't find you" - - - - - - - - - - - - I learnt from a very young age to never fall into the weak category, to never make yourself inferior to anyone else and definitely do not show anyone vulnerability. I do, however, find myself constantly intrigued by the weak. It's something about the way they fall submissive to a dominate. The way in which you can see the tiny balls of sweat form on their hairline from the ones in which they both fear and desire. The way in which the increased heartbeat becomes so evident whether they are in fear or overwhelmed in lust. And I guess that's what intrigued me most about YOU. - - - - - - - - - - - - Both Harry & Louis find themselves consistently obsessed with each other for the entirety of senior year at Charlotte High School, yet neither one of them care to do anything about it. Louis, a sick-minded control extrovert prays on the weakness and vulnerability of Harry from the moment he steps foot in the school. But nothing is ever what it seems to be, every human posses a vulnerability in them when provoked in the same way that when given no other option, even the most kindhearted of individuals know what it takes in order to survive.

In this world, everyone had a tattoo of their soulmate's name. It was a mark that appeared on their body on their 16th birthday, a constant reminder of the person they were destined to be with. The tattoo was unique, often placed in a spot that felt personal, somewhere intimate, but it was universally recognized as a sign of fate-a connection beyond time and space.
