All of his life, Stiles has had this...ability. Every time he looked at someone, he could sense how powerful they were on a scale of one to ten. Mostly, people were a five or six, and he'd only met a handful of people over that. The highest he had ever seen was an eight, so a ten was impossible, right? That's what he thought, until a dark, brooding guy walked through the doors of his high school...

It was just a birthmark, he never understood what the big deal about it was. Could it have been his love and interest in wolves that also pushed them to call him that name? Stiles was never too sure. One midwinter night in his family's cabin in the woods changed Stiles' life when an injured wolf found its way onto the porch of the cabin. There was no going back.
