Viktoria Andrews, the only daughter of Fred and Mary Andrews and twin sister of Archie Andrews. She attends Riverdale High along with her brother, a sophomore like him. She's always been a good girl; passing all of her classes, working as a waitress at Pop's Chocklit Shop and always listening to her brother and father. The two gave her small simple rules; be home by eight o'clock, no boys in her bedroom and don't skip school.

Though the most important rule of all; stay away from the SouthSide Serpents.

Her father never let her go to the SouthSide in fear of her being attacked by gang members. As Viktoria starts to wonder; what's so bad about the Serpents? And why do her father and brother insist on ignoring the subject?

After her brother gets into a fist fight with a big name Serpent named Sweet Pea in a brawl; Viktoria is furious that her brother could be so thoughtless and naive, she ventures out on her own to find the well-known serpent. Upon finding Sweet Pea, she is thrown into a whirlwind of feelings and emotions that soon cause rules to be broken and rebellion to become regular.
