[COMPLETED]

Sometimes Fate acts in strange ways.

It can be kind or cruel, appreciated or unsatisfactory.

For Marty Brown it was a mix of all of these.

Fate brought him Hazel Meringuer, a mysterious teen with a passion for-well, no one knows what her passion is. That's what Marty is hoping to find out.

Fate brought him loss.

Fate brought him an adventure he'd never forget.

There is no acceptable reason for Hazel's sudden appearance in Marty's life. She wasn't new, she wasn't in a different class from him, and she wasn't invisible.

So why did it take so long for him to find her?
