Paul, approaching his last year as an astronomy major, has spent most of his life living on a planet while his heart somewhere far out in the cosmos. Working as a part-time cashier at his aunt's flower shop and as a tour guide at a planetarium, he has no time to live normally in privilege like most people his age do. In his spare time, he feeds his hobby of astronomy by camping miles outside the city of Williamsport, PA, and indulges in a world where only he and what he knows make sense. One night, he finds himself bewildered at a girl named Almira, who he found wandering the area, who has lost everything in memory but her name.
