Jeff is well known kid in his neighborhood for being bullied. A new girl moves next door with her father Sollux. Jeff and the new girl become friends real quick. The girl (vamp =My OC) tries to keep her powers under control and make sure she doesn't hurt her new friend. When she finds out about him getting burnt by bullies she gets angry at them. After 3 years of not seeing each other they meet at a park where he killed his new victim. they will soon know the love each one feels for the other.
