Once the population of Earth had finally reached it's limit the world had to find a humane resolve. The business known as Outer inc claimed a planet known as Skultier. Outer inc sold the lands of Skultier to any nation that could afford to buy land. As a result Earth could send away anyone that they didn't want.
A thousand years later and a few individuals on Skultier are forced to see the world made by the disregarded scum of the Earth. What kind of live exists there? Who lives here? Does society even exist in this dystopia?

Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
