This is all the current information available to the organization and pro heros prior to the breach. S-616 has now escaped. Most major organizations have been contacted and are now aware of the existence of S-616. All pro heros are contacted for the extermination or contamination of S-616. The public evacuates from major areas into underground bunkers. A state of emergency is called by the administration of Japan.

Only the strongest of heros are on the scene. If any heros below a strength threshold are participating, understand that you must be ready for death or severe injury. Weaker heroes must travel in groups. Stronger heros must travel in groups. Lock down of the area around Tokyo is begun. This is being recorded by air. Stay safe everyone. God help us.
