This is all the current information available to the organization and pro heros prior to the breach. S-616 has now escaped. Most major organizations have been contacted and are now aware of the existence of S-616. All pro heros are contacted for the extermination or contamination of S-616. The public evacuates from major areas into underground bunkers. A state of emergency is called by the administration of Japan.

Only the strongest of heros are on the scene. If any heros below a strength threshold are participating, understand that you must be ready for death or severe injury.
