A parody story where I have Sonic the Hedgehog characters as the charactres from Zootopia

Plot:
Emeraldtopia is a famous city in Mobius where Mobians of all sorts, both predators and prey, live in harmony. Cream the Rabbit becomes the newest member of the Emeraldtopia police force, and she even becomes the first rabbit officer to join the police force. 
When being in the police force isn't what she hoped it would be, Cream takes the chance to show what she's made of and has what it takes to be a real police officer when she takes a missing Mobian case, where Mobains of the predator class have been mysterious disappearing. Along with mischievous fox Miles "Tails" Prower, can Cream solve the case? And when she finds that there's more to this case than there is, can she and Tails save the day?

'Common Enemy' [Sonic 3 Inspired Fic] by Real_ShadowHedgehog

Having come from Mobius, a once thought-to-be fictional world in which all of the Classic "Sonic The Hedgehog" characters live, a new super-powered, female Hedgehog arrives on Earth, looking to run away as she was being tracked down by echidna warriors. She soon finds herself hiding amongst the forests of what she later learns is "Green Hills" Montana before being spotted by another Hedgehog. As well as his family consisting of a two-tailed fox, echidna and two humans. Tom and Maddie. They get to know each other a bit, explaining each other's stories before being grouped together by an organization titled "G.U.N." and introduced to a new common enemy amongst the newly formed underdogs group, Shadow The Hedgehog. The group all go through highs and lows to keep this new common enemy at bay before a saddening past is revealed. The new female hedgehog makes it her new mission to keep this new enemy, who is swayed by heartbreak and pain and being used for something far greater beyond just simple revenge, at bay with hardened banter, endless ass-kicking and terrible, downright awful flirting and talk-me-downs before being discovered to hold a great power, one similar to the black and red hedgehog she was tasked to keep busy alongside others. Then, a new, odd, love-hate relationship starts to form between the two hedgehogs. It sparks and flares just as a huge revelation comes to light which requires the strengths of all 'alien' hedgehogs, humans, foxes and echidnas alike. All of the furry, non-furred and spiked friends then team up and take down those who deceived and manipulated. During a battle with Dr. Eggman, Sonic and Amy got shoot by a laser. After the sun went down on the day they got shoot, they both turned into wolves. Now Tails and Knuckles try to turn both woves back to their normal hedgehog self. What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room. Sonic may like one of his friends more than he thinks he does. Eggman's just generally annoyed. Or, I'm writing Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic now, I guess. (Crossposted on ff.net and Ao3.)

Second book in: Sonic Running. One child was forced to grow up way too fast, the other was never allowed to be one in the first place. A year after the Freedom Fighters disbanded, Eggman returns with a vengeance. To make matters worse, Cream and Vanilla mysteriously disappear, but they aren't the only ones. On top of that, the Commander of G.U.N seems to be losing a grasp on what really matters and Shadow discovers the military may be more connected to his past than he ever realised. Sonic's saved the world multiple times, with the help of his friends. But protecting the world from harm becomes a whole lot harder to do when the military's against you. And Knuckles knows, his best friend might just be the one they were all warned to save. Good thing Sonic's not known for being incredibly stubborn. [A rebooted version of the anime, Sonic X. Obviously Enough.] On an unnamed world, Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Amy Rose attempt to rescue Cream the Rabbit and her pet Chao; Cheese, from the mad scientist Doctor Eggman, who has already retrieved the seven Chaos Emeralds. While attempting to destroy his base, one of Eggman's robots inadvertently shoots a machine containing the Emeralds, which activates the "Chaos Control" technique. This teleports Sonic, Eggman (and his robots), Tails, Amy, Cream, and Cheese, as well as Big the Cat (with his pet frog Froggy), Rouge the Bat, Knuckles the Echidna, and the Chaotix (a detective crew comprising Vector the Crocodile, Espio the Chameleon, and Charmy Bee) to Earth, the parallel-universe version of their world with humans.
