She was a normal girl in a small town. Population of 250 to be exact. It was a cute town with its small shops, rocky lakes and dirt roads. It was going to be a normal summer. 14 year old Kylie was going to just stay home in Parker, hang out with her friends and of course read.   At least. That's how it was supposed to be.   One afternoon Kylie stumbles upon a book. The book seems to have a connection to Parker but she can't figure out what. Everything in the book all seems like fiction to Kylie but she continues to read.   Before long Kylie and 12 others find themselves trapped. They find themselves killed off one by one. It's up to her to find out what is happening and who is killing them. Only she can figure out the missing connections and why they are being hunted before she finds herself like the others.
