I was born into a very strong pack which had the beliefs of only the strong can survive and the weak will perish. Well I lived in my pack for the first two years of my life until it turns out I am blind. One small thing one big problem, for my pack that is. It wasn't a problem for me tho. Ayn's Healing
Ayn is a witch with healing powers. Shapeshifters have killed her parents and the only animals she cannot speak with are wolves. Her scowl has my wolf whimper in submission and makes me curse my self-imposed hard line. "I am going to need your hoodie," she orders, stretching her hand out to me. "What?" I exclaim, briefly shocked by both the tone and the content of her words. My hands however are already executing her command, unzipping my jacket. "The last time I was able to sleep, I was covered with your hoodie. Your scent is comforting." She states it plainly as if it would be an obvious and broadly known fact. Like the Earth being round.
