So this guy was the devil? Wow. He seems kinda seems like a hyperactive toddler with a large vocabulary and high on sugar. But with a hot bod. Damn, he's hot.
"Is that a pun? You know, 'hot'. Geddit?" He burst out laughing at his own joke.
Great. I thought that out loud.
"Yeah, I get it." I replied dryly. He's kind of a cute, awkward loon. Aside from the fact he's way taller than me, he's pretty much a kid. A hot kid, goddammit.
"But why God, though? Can't it be me? Like as in 'luciferdammit' or something of the sort." I SAID IT OUT LOUD AGAIN. WELL, FUCK. "But why?" I asked patiently.
"But why not?" He asked, raising a brow.
"Because my ass says no!" I fired back loudly, forgetting I was in polite company and not with my friends.

I didn't see him boom out of nowhere, but there he was standing right next to me on the ledge that would lead me to my own doom.
