I write poems sometimes. They always suck, but I don't write them for other people so I don't really care. I'm actually only posting them here for posterity sooo...

Side note- None of them make any damn sense and I use nonsense words frequently. These are expressions of my emotions at the time of writing so if it doesn't make sense to you it probably doesn't make sense to anyone else either.All Rights Reserved

Monsters Inside My Head by the-silent-siren

WARNING: Some pieces may contain triggers for those who struggle with any form of depression or self harm. Please read with caution. I will often rearrange the chapters in the way I see fit, so please be patient and keep that in mind. This is my first attempt at poetry. It will consist of shit that I've gone through/dealt with and ramblings from my screwed up mind. These works are purely fictional and not meant to be taken literally.

Hidden Feelings Book 1 (Poetry) (Journaling) by SurvivorToFighter

It's just a bunch of songs I wrote when I was feeling mad or sad or extremely happy and motivated. Their just a bunch of lyrics formed from my emotions. I mean I was trying to figure out how to express myself so I started using rhymes to begin with. I mean some songs don't only have rhymes but most of my songs are rhymes with 4 or 6 lines and their all original works of mine so don't bother trying to steal them or anything. Also this is an add on I've started writing journal entries in here as well and I may put my two books together. My 'Ange's Journal', and 'Hidden Feelings' together. I don't know why, it's just a spur of the moment thing and a feeling I had. These are all my experiences and thoughts I've had but never said out loud. But if you don't like it or are offended by what I say your doing something wrong in life. But I guess it's also me just letting everything out and telling my story in an unorganized way, you know.

A collection of poems, short stories and writings. Well, essentially just poems at the moment. Variety of influences I will always be willing to disclose for specific poems. Some are darker than others (see tags for possible triggers). Please comment any thoughts. Well it seems I have poured more of myself into this book of poems than I've really expressed to any one person irl. But the masochist inside me really wants you all to read it because why not share my head with strangers? But maybe this matters. Maybe this shows something- some progression becuase some of the earliest poems are are about, or reference, self harm and I'm glad to say that's behind me. I can follow a lot of my relationship with existentialism throughout it, as well as simply my attitude towards poetry (quatrains of iambic tetrameter with abab rhyme schemes are still cool but they aren't my go-to.) So yeah, maybe writing poetry in a toilet when I'm trying to calm down from a panic attack, or better yet in the midst of having one, and putting it up on some anonymous platform means something. Because I'm still not what else does.

All theses questions and no answers, go on a adventure with jasmine and discover the unthinkable. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AT THE MOMENT (13/1/2020) I AM DOING A MASSIVE GRAMMER AND RE-WRITE. This is my first story, I'm only in high school and my grammar and spelling is not the best. Please if there's a mistake. Tell me so I can go back and fix. For those readers looking for a romance book. This is NOT for you. My main character Jasmine will not be having a love interest. She only needs love and support from friends.
