Throughout time, two souls meet again and again. The first, a human, is reincarnated after every life while the other, an immortal demon, lies in wait. However, the powers that be have a different plan for Eugene. When a band of lesser demons attack Eugene, Thanatos is forced to lay claim to Eugene's soul for the umpteenth time, despite promises in a previous life that their infinite cycle would come to an end. This time, lesser demons may be the least of their worries . . .
