Kris Wheeler has been in the MMA for years, and at his side has always been his best friend, Ashley Farner.
They've known each other for years, they've been supportive of each other, and they both have the same stubborn streak that makes them good fighters. Unfortunately, Ashley (known more often as Ash) doesn't have a job in any circut or any industry and after getting fired from her previous job as a waitress and her scholarships starting to run out, she's struggling to pay for college. Kris wants to help, but his stubborn friend wants to tough it out without asking for help.
So when the opportunity arises for a new job, both friends jump at the opportunity, both for different reasons and when the job goes to the unintended interviewee...well, things start to get rolling. New friends, new places, new experiences, new problems, and new enemies begin to surface.
Will Ash and Kris remain friends? Will they still support each other the way they always have, or will things become strained?
