"you're 16, why would you need me to baby sit you?" he asks back, with a curious tone in his deep, raspy voice, however a bit of sarcasm present as well.

"i just told you, shit happens." i repeat myself while starring deeply into the green forest inside his eyes. he stares back at me, as i grab a cigarette from the second drawer in the right side of my dresser, and light it up with the lighter i keep in my bag. He now finally realizes the reason he is here.

"you're the typical bad girl?" he says with insecurity in his words, but mostly confusion. He's still trying to figure out the whole puzzle inside his mind.
