Claudia has just arrived on Nathan's Scott doorstep after leaving the tour she was on with the Wreckers and the infamous Chris Keller. Nathan asked Claudia to sign annulment papers but she is not giving up that easily.

Claudia is starting off her senior year with a husband who has returned from High Flyers wanting a divorce and less friends. Claudia moved in with Brooke because Nathan moved out of the apartment. Peyton is not speaking to her because she left without saying goodbye.

However, Haley is back and her and Lucas patched things up over the summer so the three amigos are back.
