Hannah is a girl who says too much, her mouth running off when she gets nervous. She is a klutz, has an impressionable personality, and a big heart. She doesn't know what she is in for when she invites a near stranger home for thanksgiving.
Matt is different than any boy she has ever met. With his tattoos and piercings, Hannah is sure he is part of a gang. And yet she cannot get him out of her head. As she gets to know this young man she learns an invaluable lesson: that even in their most desperate moments, people will surprise you.
