Blazing Cupcakes

Like how most stories go, this story has its own line of prophecy too. It had transcended upon the royal family of the Nightmares from a far distant kingdom.

"The song of sorrow of Nightmare's queen is the key"

It would have went well if the first and only child was male.
Alas, the child born was a female.
A mule female.
One whose bloodline was trapped beneath her such that the magic in her was dormant and even extinct.

This created a lot of complications and the royal family ordered her birth to be kept in the dark such as to not highlight to other rival kingdoms of their weakness. They did not have a heir and it was about time they passed the throne to someone else.

A year later, the King and Queen announced the birth of their first and only child, Victor Nightshade who would be the future heir. When he came to age, they sent him off to the mortal world to search for his mate. His sister was commanded to follow him and assist him. Unfortunately fate was never smiling on his side and certain complications arise.
