Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime has increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls. Few heroes went into hiding to 'play normal'; like my family and I. I live in New Haven City. Everyone is human at the end of the day, some are worst or better than others. After all, some humans hide behind the title of hero to get away with horrible things like abuse, murder, theft, negligence, etc... While others hide behind the title of villain to finally be free from terrible pasts or to just simply gain freedom they never had. Then there's others that hide behind the title of vigilante to either save and protect innocents or to get rid of those they deem their enemies.
