Well just as the title says just think about it the human brain thinks about a lot of things. It could be simple like what to eat or what to wear but thoughts can get deep like when thinking about a choice that could change your path or thinking of a love one.
Of course then we have those thoughts that take us to dark places. Don't any of you have those thoughts that make you feel so awful about yourself? everyone does. No one can say they think positive all the time. It can be harder for those who think of the Negitive almost every second of the day "why are they staring? am I just that ugly?" or stuff like...well.
"Should I kill myself today?"
This isn't really a story. Then again it's not really like a secret book either guess we can just call it a notebook. Notebook of mental health? emotion? well just call it what you want for now.
