The Fault in Our Stars {A NaLu Story}

Lucy Heartfilia is an 18 year old girl with cancer, in which she has the hardest time breathing when traveling, walking up stairs ect. Her mom believes she is depressed and sends her to a "speaking group" a.k.a "the heart of Mavis Vermilion". While she's there she meets a 19 year old named Natsu and the two hit it off right away, but can this pair's connection be the strength they need to get through their sickness?
