Dream Runners (ON HOLD)

There's a parallel universe that runs along side our own-one that's only accessible to certain people. It's a place where nightmares come from-literally. The demons that live there can go back and forth at will, accessing the dreams of sleeping people and feeding on their fears-creating night terrors that destroy sanity for some, wreck the peace of sleep for others, and can even kill when they're strong enough.
In come's the Academy, the group of individuals that can access the Dreamscapes and kill the demons. They work in teams, mainly men and boys, eradicating as many as often as possible in their own sleep. They're called Dream Runners.
Very rarely is there a female Dream Runner, very rarely. Yet over the last twelve years there's been a girl who's popped up in nearly Dreamscape across the world. The Academy has tracked her, teams running into her randomly now and again, yet every time they draw close to her location in this Realm she's gone. The Directors of the Academy want her, knowing that she has to be close to eighteen and they'll be able to get her from her parents without raising suspicion. She's tallented to have survived so long, but what to the Directors want with her? When the Academy finds her, will she be tossed around from group to group looking for a place to fit in, or will the place find her when the Academy does? Doctor Roberts pairs two teams together in hopes that it'll be a good fit for this mystery girl, giving them a special set of instructions he can only pray the Directors never find out about......
