They made their decision that men were going to use her, and she was going to be tortured once every two months by being placed in a pool, and then it being electrified, to toughen her up for the years to come. Her main punishment, she was going to be placed in every Hunger Games, mutt or human, for the next twenty years. It is now the 74th annual Hunger Games, Lucinda has survived the past 6 Hunger Games. Now, her 7th has come, and she comes back as violent as ever. But when she finds the competition is high, she grows on three certain people. Every one know the story of how my older sister, Katniss Everdeen, the girl on fire, and her fellow tribute, Peeta Mellark, won The Hunger Games.
