A famous programmer named Sean Icarus just discovered a game called Doki Doki Literature Club. The game was a dating-simulator-like game. But it was also a psychological horror game.

When he finished the game, he got sick and tired of all horrible endings. So, he did the most people wouldn't do.

He reprogrammed the game.




I don't own Doki Doki Literature Club. It belongs to Team Salvato, the developer of the DDLC game itself.

Just a DDLC fanfic with nothing but my own perception of certain things. In the end, I just do this for fun. A little something you should know: this story is not based on the idea of everything being just a game, so everyone is as normal as possible, with their problems and all. It may be obvious, but none of the following characters belong to me: Yuu (the protagonist), Sayori, Natsuki, Yuri, Monika. Even so, the main character could be considered as my own when talking about personality since I completely changed it. But in any case, the credits for the main characters and the background concept go completely to Team Salvato/Dan Salvato. Also, credit to @XCpTE in Twitter for the original image of the cover.
