Sophie has found out horrific news from her best friend Justin Bieber. She has recently learned that his father has been abusing him. Justin comes into school late almost every day, with some sort of bruise or scratch on him. But nobody suspects anything. Getting the wrong idea that Sophie's dad abuses her as well, he lets it slip out that his dad beats him, leaving Sophie scared and worried for him. But when Sophie learns that Justin has been in "an accident" and will not be in school for a week, she worries about what happened to him and if he's okay. Justin made Sophie promise not to tell anyone about the abuse that's going on, but now she doesn't know what to do. Should she tell? And risk Justin being taken away from her? Or keep it a secret and watch Justin get worse every day?
