Lance McClain was best buds with Keith Kogane. Spending their afternoons at the playground, talking about their hopes and dreams until the sun went down. Though, after Lance leaves without notice, Keith is left alone.
Years pass and Lance McClain is back and better than ever. Crowded by Jocks and Cheerleaders, seeming to have completely forgotten about Keith. Though when Lance opens his door to an unexpected visitor, memories come flooding back.

What happens when Lance receives help from the monster he's supposed to hate, hunt, kill? And what happens when the monster turns out to be a cute boy with mesmerizing violet eyes? Lance's world gets turned upside down when he learns the Garrison has been lying to everyone, but what can one boy from a small town village do against the entire government? More importantly, can he save the one he's fallen for when the Garrison decides it's time to end the wolf walkers once and for all? This story does have a plot.
