When she learns that Damien erased her memories of his betrayal, Cassie flees to the Other World, a dimension that bridges two Earths: one where humans remain ignorant of magic, and another where magic and immortals coexist openly. Seeking refuge with Noz also now as Nosferatu, a neutral ruler in the Other World, Cassie discovers she is pregnant with Damien's twins. Determined to protect her children, she hides in the Neutral Zone, far from Damien's reach. But her sanctuary is short-lived. Damien's relentless pursuit leads to a dangerous exchange, forcing Cassie to return to his side to save her loved ones. As she adjusts to her new immortal life after a transformation that binds her to a dark and ancient magic, Cassie must contend with Damien's unyielding dominance and schemes. While he claims his actions are driven by love, his obsession grows darker, and she begins to suspect that he has no intention of letting her-or their children-go. Meanwhile, a rebellion led by Drago, a dragon shifter from Earth Two and the mate of Cassie's doppelgänger, Kaci, threatens Damien's reign. As the lines blur between allies and enemies, Cassie finds herself torn between loyalty to the man she loves and fear of the monster he's become. With the Devourer, a powerful and ancient evil unleashed by the cauldron that turned her immortal, threatening to consume both worlds, Cassie must decide whether to stand by Damien or fight to stop him-even if it means risking everything. Betrayal, passion, and power collide in this tale of forbidden love, redemption, and survival. Will Cassie save the worlds she's caught between, or will Damien's obsession destroy everything?
